Jesus asked Martha, “Do you believe this?” (Matthew 11:26) He is telling her that he is the resurrection and life. He told her that if she believed in him she would never die. Fear of death isn’t believing in Jesus. I wonder how much of Jesus’ teaching do we need to ask ourselves, “Do I believe this?”
