College Ministry

​​Illini for Christ is an outreach program geared toward the students of the University of Illinois and Parkland College. Our evangelist helps the local body tend to the spiritual, emotional and physical needs of students, both undergraduate and graduate, while they further their education away from home.

There are many activities planned throughout the academic year. One such activity is a free dinner and Bible study on Thursday Nights. At this time, students join together to study God's word, raise voices to God in songs of praise, and enjoy time with each other. This provides not only a great way to unwind after a busy week but also an opportunity to invite friends to share with them the great joy they have in Christ.
